Beth – Office Manager
Beth is truly a cornerstone of Admire Your Smile. With an incredible 24 years of dedication to the practice, she brings warmth, experience,and energy to every aspect of our office. As our Office Manager, Beth is not only the friendly face who greets you — she’s also the heart of our team and a key influence in creating the welcoming environment our patients know and love.
For Beth, the most rewarding part of her role is seeing the difference a confident smile can make. “Seeing the glow on someone’s face at the check-out counter after they’ve had a smile makeover is one of the greatest feelings — and one of the many reasons I love working at Admire Your Smile.
When she’s not brightening up the office, you might find Beth riding motorcycles with her husband Troy, spending time with her grandchildren, or relaxing with family and friends.A woman of many talents, Beth is also a trained cosmetologist and taxidermist — making her not only the smiling face of our office, but also one of the most uniquely skilled members of our team.
Jessica – Dental Assistant
Jessica joined our team from St. Louis, bringing with her several years of hands-on experience in dental assisting — and we couldn’t be more grateful to have her. For nearly eight years she has showcased some of the finest assisting skills we’ve encountered. Her deep knowledge of dentistry and calm, confident presence make her an invaluable asset to our practice. “My favorite part of the job is being able to witness first-hand how much good dentistry can impact someone’s life. ”
Outside the office, Jessica enjoys spending time with her two children. Together, they’re passionate about fishing and love any opportunity to be outdoors.

Jaelyn is a key member of our team who wears many hats. While she primarily works in the front office, Jaelyn also plays an important role in supporting back office tasks, helping ensure our day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Outside the office, Jaelyn enjoys traveling, swimming in her pool, and spending time with her beloved pets. As an avid animal lover, her compassion shines through in everything she does — both in and out of the dental office.
Mendy Registered – Dental Hygienist
